Michael Geist’s New Book

ImageMichael Geist has been a constant force and resource for information, critique, and action in the Canadian Copyright Fight over the past few years. His latest publication collects writing from some very well known names in the copyright world and brings them together in what I expect to be a very light read for the weekend….or…maybe not. Either way I intend to download my free copy and have a good look anyway and I suggest that you could do the same by clicking on the Book Cover.

With the latest round of reforms now concluded, this talk will review the evolution of the “Canadian copyfight” and the newfound voice of user concerns. It will also examine the implications of Bill C-11 as well as tackle the simmering disputes in education, creative industries, and international trade negotiations.”
